My Yours Clothing Fall Faves

If there is one thing I am, it’s sporadic. I can be all over the place sometimes and so can my style. I’ve learned that when I force myself to dress a certain way to fit one specific style, I feel trapped. My creativity automatically becomes nonexistent and wherever inspiration may be, I am not there. Style is such a personal form of expression. It’s mine and mine only. It’s your’s and your’s only.

I collaborated with Yours Clothing to showcase my favorite Fall pieces from their newest arrivals and display the diversity of my style. This season you will find me donning a lot of different trends and styling techniques, and two of those are a chunky knit sweater with ankle boots and a statement biker jacket with loafers. I love that I can shop at one place and pull pieces to create two wildly different looks. Any brand or shopping destination that allows me to do that, is a winner in my book.

About The Fit

Clothing

When shopping at Yours Clothing, I suggest going a size up. I’m usually a size US 18, but I think that I like the fit of their clothing better when I go a size up. I do wish I went a size up in the sweater (wearing size US 18 below) just for a more oversized fit. As for the jacket, I went up a size because I like to layer knits under my outerwear. I am glad I did because it fits me like a glove.

Shoes

The accuracy of their shoe sizes are absolutely on point. I am 100% an 8.5 in their shoes. I wouldn’t recommend going up or down, they are true to size. And, MAJOR props to Yours Clothing for nailing it when it comes to comfort. Both the boots and loafers are beyond comfortable. I have been LIVING in the loafers ever since I received them.
