Casual Workwear For Spring

I find that styling workwear can be either a piece of cake or a major challenge depending on your office’s organizational culture. Figuring out how you want to dress every day and what brand of yourself you want to display can get overwhelming and downright exhausting. If you’re looking for some workwear inspiration but with a laid-back twist, this look is for you: the entire ensemble centers around layers of loose and light fabrics for some visual dimension. I’m all for blazers and booties, but those can get kind of heavy and unnecessary come warmer days. Instead, I say we let denim jackets have their corporate moment and give them a professional upgrade with a pair of low block heels and cotton culottes. Topped off, of course, with statement earrings and a knotted shirt.
