One Scarf, Three Ways

Thumbs up for blanket scarves. Although they completely remove what little of a neck I have, they are the greatest thing. I’d like to sincerely thank Lenny Kravitz (see here for proof) for helping me realize, or rather opening my eyes to, the insane beauty of a blanket scarf. Who doesn't want to walk around in the cold weather with a blanket around them. For this blog post, I wanted to show you the different ways I like to wear a blanket scarf, especially Studio Fig's Rime Oversized Scarf. Of course, there are so many other ways to style a blanket scarf, but these are just a few of my favorites. Check them out below as I style them with a turtleneck knit sweater, black maxi skirt, a pair of black tights, OTK boots, and my leather cross-shoulder wallet/phone case from DAMAS.

Makeshift Infinity Scarf

Evenly wrap the blanket scarf around your neck until each side is short enough to tuck into the circled scarf.

Belted Faux Vest

Throw your blanket scarf over your shoulders and arms and push the majority of its fabric to the front of your body. Cinch it at your waist by using a thin to medium sized belt.

Over the Shoulder Drape

Simply done by throwing the blanket scarf over your shoulders and leaving it to drape over whatever you are wearing. Perfect for a more relaxed and comfy look.

For all my Sacramento peeps, this scarf is exclusively available at the Winter Scout Market hosted by City Scout Magazine this Thursday the 15th from 4pm to 9pm at The Find / Studio 817. For more info check out the FB event page here. I'll be seeing you all there, iA (God willing).

Thank you for reading! Talk to you Friday =)
