Thanksgiving Outfit Series: Look 2
I may or may not have mentioned in the first look of my Thanksgiving Outfit Series that I love anything camel colored. My love for the color remains true in this look too. If you are looking to buy one coat at an affordable price that you can wear this season paired with pretty much anything, I have the answer for you: Old Navy. This store has always been a place I’ve enjoyed shopping at. They have quality clothing for people of all shapes and sizes. But, even more important, their clothes are always very cute! I kept in mind my main objective again with this second look: make sure the outfit is food-baby proof. That’s when you know that you gotta stick with tights, skirts, or leggings. As opposed to a regular pair of leggings, you might want to consider looking for leggings with prints or with a leather effect. That’s why I chose these Eloquii Moto Faux Leather Leggings. They feel like a comfy pair of leggings but look like a pair of leather pants. They automatically amp up any look and are perfect for the food-filled holiday. As for the top part of my look, I recently purchased this sleeveless turtleneck pullover from Target. It’s nice and long, so it covers your butt, which is great for when you are wearing leggings or want a more modest look. For my own preference, I decided to layer it up (shocker, huh?) with a simple black cotton top under. It gives the look dimension and a unique touch. I grabbed a pair of black heeled booties and I was all set.
As for makeup and hair, I opted for something simple and low maintenance. Aside from a berry lip, consider a variety of dark shades of red for your lipstick for your Thanksgiving dinner. I am biased in saying I love the color of this lipstick from NARS as it’s name is Mona - lol! Whether I have my hair naturally curly or straightened, a hairstyle I really love is parting my hair down the middle and doing a knotted bun with just the front parts of my hair.
Well, that’s the end of my Thanksgiving Outfit Series! I really hope you enjoyed my holiday-appropriate looks. And, I hope that you have a blessed Thanksgiving holiday filled with lots of food and you feel confident in whatever you wear!
Thank you so much for reading!
Till Friday,

I talk about my passion in creating inclusivity in the fashion industry, helping young women be their best self, and why Sacramento has been such an inviting place for my creative adventure. I also give a run-through of my three favorite trends this season and products I'd love to wear the trends in. Take a look at it and let me know what you think: "Feature Friday: The Smiling Sweetheart" .
